Boy, is this going to get long

 

You've read this people: Since the idea of me trying to thumbnail some 40 odd scanned pictures isn't feasible (Read: lazy). I decided that I will have a link to every pic with a short description of what it's about and where it's from. Admittedly, while the vast majority of these pics are scanned myself, there are a few which I pulled from the web and forums. But also, I did not hand draw a single one of these pics, and in the end they belong to Marvel anyway. So if you see a pic here that you wish to own, right click and save. I don't really care myself. The more people who know about the Elf, the better. So without further delay, I present to you the reason you came here (well, besides that stylish black background), the pics.

 

Marvel Team-Up #89
Here it is folks, the SECOND solo book of Nightcrawler and Spider-Man teaming up. This time the action is taking place in a circus, and instead of fighting each other, the two are helping each other. The story is that someone by the name of Cutthroat has been hired to kill Spider-Man. In a trick to flush him out, they dare him to showcase his agility at a circus show. Meanwhile, Nightcrawler was tracking Arcade (the villain) which also lead to Nightcrawler being there as well. He also hears about the plot to expose Spider-Man in the air, so he takes his place. The villain mistakes Nightcrawler for Spider-Man, shoots, and the fighting begins. I also want to point out a particular part in the book, the part where Nightcrawler goes to attack the main villain. In order to get up there he makes a vertical port. Of course, those hurt more than anything. So before he even attacks Kurt, Kurt was severely hurt by his own port. If you needed one clear cut example of just how flexible Nightcrawler's spine can be - I'd suggest finding a better example than mines. ^_- But just look at how the upper right corner of this scan. See how Nightcrawler has his back arched and is exploding into a full blown run like a cat? That's a level of flexibility very few are ever going to match. 1

Excalibur #76
This is just a cute little scene with Nightcrawler balancing himself on a wheelchair while in the hospital. And how he playfully gets up when Amanda walks in. 1 2

Excalibur #96
Here we see Nightcrawler getting funky with the sword. Using both his agility and swordsmanship, we see Kurt attacking in a way very few swordsmen would bother even attempting. 1

That's our Kurt! He's always finding wonderful and new ways to beat you up after a port. It should also be noted that while not visible in the scan, this is the page where it's stated Nightcrawler could teleport their heads off if he wanted to. 1

I love the way Nightcrawler is perched on this guy's back beating the crap outta him. 1

Uncanny X-Men #95
I think sometimes people forget just how high Nightcrawler can jump. Let me remind you, he's made some pretty good leaps in his time. (Nightcrawler started from the ground, and Cyclops feet were scrapping the ground in that first panel) 1

Uncanny X-Men #111
In Nightcrawler's own form of a speed blitz, he takes down three guys before they even get a chance to do a damn thing about it. 1

X-Men #90 (New)
Here we see Nightcrawler (with fellow X-Men) throwing down on some Skrull warriors right at the opening credits. It's not an amazing feat, but it looks damned cool. 1
